- What forms of career and professional development across universities could be envisioned within the BAUHAUS4EU alliance?
- What might a shared career and development space for alliance staff look like?
- Which legal, contractual, administrative, and institutional frameworks facilitate or hinder the establishment of cross-university career pathways?
- Which competencies and development opportunities would be needed to support mobility and career progression across institutional and national borders?
- What role can e.g. human resource development, talent management, and leadership programmes play in shaping such career pathways?
- What opportunities could arise for strengthening the alliance’s attractiveness as an employer network and for the long-term recruitment, development, and retention of talent?

This staff week brings together colleagues working in (general) academic advising. Throughout the week, we will explore how demographic change and increasingly diverse student profiles are reshaping our work.
What to Expect
- Reflection on inclusive advising practices;
- Discussion of effective support structures for students with disadvantages;
- Analysis of current approaches to career entry and internship guidance;
- Space for meaningful exchange, peer learning, and the development of sustainable cooperation across institutions.
In addition, participants will have the opportunity to experience the Christmas magic of Weimar during the social programme and networking events.

Under the theme “from Erasmus+ to Employment”, we will examine the direct role of international mobility in preparing students for the future job market.
