Master Degree in Software Development and Interactive Systems

This degree has a length of two academic years and consists of a specialized course and a project or training, developed in business environment.
The specialization course allows the professional to acquire and improve technical skills through advanced training in emerging areas related to software development and interactive systems. Besides the technical skills associated with each subject, it is also taught transversal knowledge focusing on behavioral skills, including the ability of oral and written communication, teamwork and leadership. The project or training in business environment allows the enrichment of the technical skills with the particular aspects of business culture, which cannot be acquired at school. The project or training will allow the consolidation of the knowledge and skills acquired in the course of specialization, through its application in solving real business problems.
The MDSSI is suited for graduates in the area of Computer Science, including Computer Science Engineering, Information Technologies, Multimedia, Computer Engineering and Computer Science Applied to Health. The degree is particularly suited to graduates who are currently working and wish to improve their knowledge and skills.
